Submit your resume and cover letter to hr@kairasoftware.com TELE CALLER EXECUTIVE Experience 6 months to 1.5 years Qualification Bachelors Responsibilities : Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service Answer questions about products or the company Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Take and process orders in an accurate manner Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Required Skills : Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone Excellent knowledge of English, Hindi, Gujarati Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
