JAYCHAN ENTERPRISES is a dynamic and rapidly growing company based in Tirupur. We specialize in providing high-quality Home Décor Products. As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and self motivated candidate to join our team.
JOB ROLE:
1. Identify and observe the knowledge about the products and services of the concern.
2. Manage product catalogues on e-commerce platforms.
3. Perform script (based on situational adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales.
4. Ensure that the order is to be personal or resale.
5. Demonstrate our products with sales data to prospective clients, and close sales deals with clients.
6. Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
7. Refer customer complaints to the production & despatch team for quality control.
8. To maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in our database.
Work Location: Tiruppur
Office Timing: 09.15 AM to 07.00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
