Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling:Making a high volume of calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Product Knowledge:Understanding and explaining the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services.
  • Customer Engagement:Persuading customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or take other desired actions.
  • Inbound Call Handling:Answering incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support.
  • Lead Generation & Sales:Identifying and qualifying potential customers, and potentially closing sales deals over the phone.
  • Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, updating databases, and following up on leads.
  • Problem Solving:Addressing customer issues and concerns, and finding appropriate solution.
  • Compliance:Adhering to telecalling scripts, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, both new and existing.
  • Market Research:Gathering information about customer needs and market trends to improve sales strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
