Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller Executive Location: Shimla Company: Gashwa Technologies Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and follow up with potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build a positive rapport with clients over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads Explain products/services and their benefits to clients Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information Maintain a daily record of calls, leads, and follow-ups Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team Follow up consistently to convert leads into sales Meet weekly/monthly call and conversion targets Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools Fluency in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus) Positive attitude, confidence, and the ability to handle rejections Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
