Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers for insurance products.
Explain insurance plans, benefits, features and eligibility to customers in a clear manner
Generate leads and maintain follow-up with interested customers
Schedule meetings or arrange call-backs for senior sales representatives
Maintain customer database and update call records in system
Handle customer queries and provide basic information
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
Build good customer relations and maintain professionalism during calls

Skills Required:

Good communication skills (Hindi / English preferred)
Confident and polite telephone etiquette
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to convince and handle customers
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Target-oriented and hardworking

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
