The Telecalling Executive (Female) is responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to customers, explaining products/services, generating leads or sales, and providing excellent customer support. This role requires good communication skills, patience, and the ability to build rapport over the phone.

Key Responsibilities1. Call Handling

• Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions.

2. Lead Generation / Sales (If applicable)

• Explain product features, offers, and benefits clearly.
• Persuade customers to purchase products or schedule appointments.
• Follow up with warm leads and close sales when required.

3. Customer Support

• Address customer queries, issues, or complaints promptly.
• Provide accurate information related to products, services, pricing, and policies.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Data Entry & Reporting

• Maintain call logs, customer details, and follow-up records.
• Update CRM/Excel sheets with daily call reports.
• Submit daily/weekly reports to the team leader or manager.

5. Coordination

• Coordinate with sales teams, field staff, or service team for customer requirements.
• Schedule customer visits, service appointments, or product demos.

6. Compliance & Process Follow-through

• Follow telecalling scripts, company guidelines, and call quality standards.
• Ensure confidentiality of customer data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum: Higher Secondary / Degree.
• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales.
• Good communication skills in English and local language (as per location).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, email).
• Pleasant voice, confident speaking, and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and manage calls professionally.
