Tele Caller Executive

Job Role Overview

We are seeking a responsible, patient-focused Tele Caller to support our clinic operations. The role involves handling patient communication, appointment coordination, front office assistance, and ensuring smooth daily workflow within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from patients and schedule appointments accurately
• Make outbound follow-up calls and send appointment reminders
• Provide clear information regarding clinic timings, services, and procedures
• Send messages to patients via WhatsApp/SMS as required
• Receive and guide patients during OP hours
• Assist with billing and payment coordination
• Enter patient details and appointment data into the system
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Coordinate with doctors and other staff to ensure smooth appointment flow
• Share timely updates with doctors for effective coordination

Call Handling Expectations

• Handle approximately 60–100 calls per day efficiently and politely
• Maintain professional phone etiquette at all times

Eligibility & Skill Requirements

• Proficient in Telugu, Hindi, and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand patient concerns and build good rapport
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
• Experience in MS Excel is an added advantage
• Prior experience in healthcare or tele calling is preferred, but freshers may also apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• L. B. Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
• tele sales: 1 year (Preferred)
