Job Description

Sales and lead generation: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.
Customer interaction: Respond to inbound inquiries, answer questions about products or services, and handle complaints.
Product knowledge: Provide detailed information on product features, pricing, and benefits to prospective customers.
Target achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and metrics.
Data management: Maintain and update an accurate customer database with call records, contact details, and other relevant information.
Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales activities and performance.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up activities with leads to convert them into customers.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
