Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Executive, your main role will be to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers. This involves monitoring invoices and bills, keeping track of approved discounts, and billing as per agreements. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating duty rosters and managing leave for front office & OPD service coordinators and executives. It is essential to provide regular updates to team members to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers - Monitor invoices, bills, approved discounts, and billing processes - Create duty rosters and manage leave for front office & OPD service coordinators and executives - Provide regular updates to team members Qualifications Required: - Experience in Retail Industry or Salon Industry is an added advantage - Fluency in communication is a must - Experience in tele-calling - Female candidates only - Fluent in English and Tamil In this role, you will be expected to work full-time on a permanent basis. The schedule will involve day and morning shifts, with mandatory weekend work and the flexibility to take one weekday off. Working in person at the designated location is required.,
