Job Description:

Star Bottles, RS Road – Thrissur, is looking for an energetic and smart Female Tele Caller with hands-on CRM experience. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customer calls and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls
• Handle customer enquiries and provide product-related information
• Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system
• Follow up with existing and potential customers
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting as required

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 1 year of CRM experience (mandatory)
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
• Energetic, smart, and customer-focused attitude
• Basic computer knowledge is required
• Candidates residing near Thrissur / RS Road area will be preferred

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
