Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential and existing customers over the phone, explaining services, answering queries, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have outstanding communication skills in both English and Hindi and a professional, customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Explain services clearly and effectively.
Handle inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the system.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Follow communication “scripts” to ensure consistency and professionalism.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, CRM software).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
