Job Description

You should have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience for the position of tele-caller in Study/Tourist/Visitor Visas. This position is open only for female candidates. If you have 1 to 5 years of experience, you can apply for the study/tourist visa counsellor role. Your responsibilities will include making calls and following up with strong communication skills. You will be expected to provide professional guidance in counselling for tourist and study visas for countries such as Canada, USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. This is a full-time job that offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and a performance bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift. You should have at least a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education qualification. The required experience includes a minimum of 1 year in counselling and 1 year in telecalling. The work location is in person, and the job is based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh. You should be able to reliably commute to the workplace or plan to relocate before starting work, which is preferred.
