Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller - Admission Counsellor, located in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include interacting with potential students through calls, providing detailed information about the educational programs, and assisting with the admission process. The role also involves maintaining records of interactions, following up on inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth admission experience.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service experience
• Sales skills and experience in guiding prospects towards making informed decisions
• Knowledge of the Education sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently on-site in Ahmedabad
• Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
