Are you passionate about simplifying complex technology for others? One of our clients, a leading CPaaS platform provider, is looking for an Experienced Technical Trainer to deliver technical training to empower their clients and internal teams through effective training programs. 🔧 What You’ll Do: Deliver engaging training sessions on our messaging and communication APIs. Collaborate with the technical writing team to develop impactful training materials. Stay updated with new features and integrate them into training programs. Travel to client locations across India to conduct on-site training. Understand audience needs and adapt content based on feedback. ✅ What We’re Looking For: Strong subject knowledge in telecom, messaging APIs, or SaaS platforms. Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Prior experience in customer training for SaaS or telecom platforms. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, relatable terms. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including product, support, and documentation. Willingness to travel and work closely with cross-functional teams. Based in or willing to relocate to Noida with frequent travel (up to 30–40%) across India. ✅ Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Prior experience in training for SaaS or telecom platforms. Exposure to API documentation and Postman or similar tools.
