Role Overview: As a Tekla Precast Detailer with 2 to 8 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be creating and maintaining 3D models of structural components like beams, columns, plates, and connections. You will play a crucial role in modeling and developing detailed shop drawings and plans for precast concrete structures. Your collaboration with engineers and project managers in Pune is essential to ensure alignment with project specifications and accurate design delivery. In addition, you will prepare bar bending schedules, review contract drawings, and ensure drawing consistency with production methods. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed precast shop drawings for various components and elements. - Prepare General Arrangement (GA) and basic layout plans, including connection details. - Review contract drawings and prepare Requests for Information (RFI). - Generate bar bending schedules for reinforced concrete elements. - Ensure shop drawings comply with project specifications, production standards, and relevant codes. - Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and team members for effective communication and project delivery. - Review precast drawings, fabrication materials, and erection plans for quality control. - Organize and maintain project drawings and related documentation. - Utilize CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit) for drawing creation and management. - Possess a strong understanding of precast concrete detailing principles, practices, and relevant codes.
