Designation / Position Tekla Precast Detailer (Exp. 2 to 8 yrs.) Job Description - Create and maintain 3D models of structural components, including beams, columns, plates, and connections A full-time Precast Detailer in Pune, He is responsible for Modeling, Creating detailed shop drawings and plans for precast concrete structures. They work with architectural and structural drawings, ensure compliance with project specifications, and collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver accurate and timely designs. This role often involves preparing bar bending schedules, reviewing contract drawings, and ensuring the consistency of drawings with production methods. Job Responsibilities - · Detailed Shop Drawing Preparation: Creating detailed precast shop drawings for various components and elements. · Layout and Connection Details: Preparing detailed General Arrangement (GA) and basic layout plans, including connection details. · Drawing Review and RFI Preparation: Reviewing contract drawings and preparing Requests for Information (RFI). · Bar Bending Schedule Preparation: Creating bar bending schedules for reinforced concrete elements. · Compliance and Accuracy: Ensuring shop drawings comply with project specifications, production standards, and relevant codes. · Collaboration: Collaborating with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure effective trends communication and project delivery. · Quality Control: Reviewing and checking precast drawings, fabrication materials, and erection plans for compliance with standards. · Data Management: Organizing and maintaining project drawings and related documentation. · Software Proficiency: Using CAD software (like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) to create and manage drawings. · Technical Expertise: Possessing a strong understanding of precast concrete detailing principles, practices, and relevant codes.
