Summary:As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components, ensuring operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborating with vendors and assisting service management teams with issue analysis and resolution will be part of your daily tasks.

Proficiency in Qlik Sense.- Strong understanding of data visualization tools.- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.- Hands-on experience in implementing various machine learning algorithms.- Solid grasp of data munging techniques.
