The Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) Operations team within GB supports the user onboarding process entirely for the LOBs on an RBAC model, which provides robust control and governance over user access. The RBAC Operations team is responsible for end-to-end user access onboarding submissions, ensuring users get the appropriate access within the given time while addressing all required aspects with respect to risk & controls, access governance, and SLAs. Job Responsibilities: - Perform end-to-end logical user access onboarding process for business applications, supporting LOBs with an SLA and target-based process approach model. - Conduct user onboarding based on RBAC model as designed for the respective line of business. - Collaborate as a team player with a global team from an operations support standpoint by adhering to all given timelines, tasks, and priorities. - Demonstrate the ability to adapt to an operations working environment on assigned tasks with on-time delivery, addressing the business requirements. - Manage assigned queries regarding user access onboarding based on the given SLA. - Handle multitasking as required for the process, where the user access onboarding request submissions are managed through multiple request management tools within the firm. - Promptly address urgent requests, queries, or prioritizations with effective management on escalations, highlighting any potential risks identified. - Keep product owners and other stakeholders well informed, and communicate with global peers across GB focusing on service delivery improvements. - Develop and maintain a good rapport with LOBs, ensuring communication is customer-focused and professional. Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities: - Understanding of technology Risk Management, Operations, or similar disciplines. - Knowledge of operations practices, risk management processes, GB principles, incident response handling methodologies, and security analysis. - Proficiency in the productive use of related tools, including MS Office. - Experience working in a SLA and target-based operations background. - Agile, with the ability to work under at least one of the common frameworks. - Understanding of risk management processes, Cybersecurity principles, internal processes, procedures, and IT control policies. - Familiarity with key controls and their impact on business from an operational or systems perspective.,
