Description
As a Product Owner at Intel SCIT, your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing complex business problems, developing recommendations, and gathering business requirements - Working within the business process framework to decompose, analyze, simplify, and optimize processes - Organizing business design sessions and blueprinting for future state tool, process, and people design - Identifying automation opportunities and staying updated on modern IT tools and capabilities - Relaying client feedback, instructing development team for amendments, and testing feature prototypes - Conducting user acceptance testing, providing input to system design, and troubleshooting support - Performing project management function on smaller efforts, including scope, time, and quality management - Recording, monitoring, and publishing critical project key performance indicators - Reviewing existing reports, metrics, and making recommendations for process improvements - Demonstrating effective communication and collaboration skills with technical and functional teams - Being self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working cross-functionally within the organization Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or other Engineering related field - 8+ years of experience in implementing Supply planning, especially with BY ESP - End-to-end implementation experience in SCM solutions Preferred Qualifications: - Multiple Blue Yonder ESP Implementations with at least one Semiconductor industry related - Experience in Agile product management and development - Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as JIRA - Knowledge in S4 HANA/Reporting Tools - Experience in BY order promising About the company: Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) is responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel.
