Technology Operations Specialist SRE, VP

As a Technology Operations Specialist SRE at Deutsche Bank, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of the systems. Your role will involve collaborating closely with feature and cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain robust and efficient systems by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best practices. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading and scaling Production/SRE teams in a high-growth environment. You will engage in the entire lifecycle of services, from inception and design to deployment, operation, and refinement. Monitoring the availability, latency, and overall system health of live services will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, along with scaling systems sustainably through automation mechanisms. Your role will also involve identifying issues and optimization potential, introducing related user stories, and supporting with automation expertise to mitigate the risk of unfavorable changes. You will work collaboratively with Product Owners and Engineers to ensure the reliable operation of services and configure and maintain application monitoring while identifying business objects for monitoring. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited University with a focus on IT or Computer is required for this position.
