Technology Operations and Support Engineer, Network and Telephony

As an IT professional at Ralph Lauren Corporation in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, you will be assisting with managing the Retail Network Infrastructure daily operations and network-based telephony solutions. You will perform system maintenance, identify trends, and provide reporting for outages and resolutions. Your responsibilities will include managing various network designs installed across regions, such as Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Cloudgenix, and traditional WAN, IWAN, and SDWAN. Key Responsibilities: - Provide connectivity troubleshooting and support in response to Help Desk service requests and Retail Operations business needs. - Responsible for all Retail installed routers, switches, wireless access points, and telephony connectivity. - Manage the wired and wireless infrastructure using tool platforms from various hardware providers like Cisco, Meraki, Cradlepoint, Cloudgenix, and Solarwinds. - Perform remote device configuration for MAC work or for SEV 1 hardware replacement. - Utilize change management best practices and reporting processes. - Review monitoring tool platforms, audit for accuracy, and take necessary actions when alerts are generated. - Troubleshoot Zoom telephony issues and assist with configuration and management of the platform. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in IT. - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - In-depth understanding of local and wide area network concepts, IP routing, switching technologies, VLANs, ACLs, ZBFW, SDWAN, Cisco equipment, and operating systems, including configuration.
