Role Overview: As a Geneva RSL Developer at KKR, your role involves designing and developing custom reports for the Geneva system, collaborating with other developers to build APIs, and integrating Geneva with various platforms. You will also be responsible for system administration, troubleshooting, and enhancements, ensuring the smooth operation of the Geneva system. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop Geneva RSL custom reports - Administer the Geneva system and applications - Collaborate with Geneva users to address accounting data issues - Build APIs around Geneva for data load and extraction - Assist in implementing Geneva upgrades and patch releases - Integrate Geneva with data warehouses, Security Master, OMS, risk platforms, and external platforms - Work with data center vendors for system administration and hardware upgrades - Conduct requirements analysis, application design, and implementation - Troubleshoot and request enhancements from Advent Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field - Proven work experience as a Geneva RSL Developer or subject matter expert - Experience working with Linux environments - Proficiency in general programming languages like python, c#, java, etc. - Knowledge of databases and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) - Financial Industry experience in Private Equity/Credit business domain - Familiarity with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex backend issues - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork Additional Details: KKR is a leading global investment firm specializing in alternative asset management, capital markets, and insurance solutions.
