Technology Integration Specialist

As a part of our team at Datacultr, you will be contributing to our mission of enabling convenient financing opportunities for consumers, entrepreneurs, and small merchants in emerging markets. Your core responsibilities will include guiding new customers through the onboarding process, configuring our SaaS platform to meet client requirements, and ensuring a seamless transition onto the platform. You will also conduct detailed walkthroughs of API integrations, provide advanced technical support for complex issues, manage SaaS platform configurations, and collaborate with various teams to document processes and solutions. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical integration role within the SaaS industry, proficiency in APIs and SaaS platform configurations, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
