Technology Innovation & Exploration Officer Team 1

Role Overview: As an AM / DM in the Process-Technology function at the Officer level reporting to the Technology Manager, you will be responsible for collecting data from lab experiments, performing Mass & Energy Balance, coordinating with R&D for DoE and Engineering Optimisation, preparing equipment lists and conceptual layouts for capex estimation, analyzing pilot trial data, troubleshooting pilot operations, supporting R&D in lab setup, providing property data, conducting Distillation simulation, understanding mixing studies, and utilizing data for pilot equipment mapping. Key Responsibilities: - Create PFDs, P&IDs, and concept layouts for new projects - Generate Mass Balance and Energy Balance for new projects - Calculate and determine CAPEX figures for Class 4 estimation - Participate in Hazop and PSSR of Pilot trials - Float enquiries for equipments and provide technical clearance - Assist Pilot operation team in troubleshooting - Implement learnings from running projects into Pilot trial DoE - Support Management of Change during Pilot execution - Review R&D TTD package for new molecule development - Design Pilot trials for new molecule development with Pilot operations team and Project Process team - Observe and support pilot operations team during Pilot trials - Formulate Pilot report with assistance from Pilot Manager - Recommend technology selection based on ROI and Benefits while adhering to Aarti Standard - Coordinate with R&D for Chemical Reaction Hazard analysis and safety studies - Support Technology Development Manager in creating standards and manuals - Calculate Opex for cost evaluation and contribute to improving process competitiveness - Foster a team atmosphere that promotes company values and culture, demonstrating leadership in showcasing the organization's culture Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field - 4-6 years of experience in a similar role in the chemical industry - Proficiency in software tools such as ASPEN for Distillation simulation and Mix it Simulation - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
