Position Summary
Technical Evangelist
The Technical Evangelist will serve as the strategic interface between VVDN's engineering teams, ecosystem partners, and customersdriving technical awareness, thought leadership, and solution adoption across the global data center ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Advocacy & Thought Leadership
- Represent VVDN at technology conferences, customer summits, industry consortiums, and technical workshops.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and white papers highlighting VVDN's capabilities in data center, HPC, and AI infrastructure.
- Author blogs, articles, and technical insights to establish VVDN's thought leadership in next-generation data center technologies.
- Promote VVDN's innovation roadmap across internal teams, customers, and ecosystem partners.
Ecosystem & Partner Engagement
- Collaborate with semiconductor and platform partners (Intel, AMD, NVIDIA, Broadcom, Marvell, etc.) to strengthen technology partnerships and joint solution initiatives.
- Engage with hyperscalers, OEMs, and data center customers to understand requirements and align VVDN offerings.
- Participate in industry standard bodies and technical forums (OCP, PCI-SIG, CXL Consortium, SNIA) to stay abreast of technology trends.
Solution Definition & Technical Enablement
- Collaborate with VVDN's product and design teams to define reference architectures for HPC/AI servers, PCIe-based NIC/DPU solutions, and high-performance networking systems.
- Conduct technical workshops and internal enablement sessions on emerging standards such as CXL, PCIe Gen6, 112G SerDes, NVLink, RDMA, etc.
- Work with engineering teams to benchmark, profile, and optimize AI workloads across various compute platforms (CPU, GPU, FPGA, and ASIC).
Business & Go-To-Market Support
- Partner with sales and product management teams to develop customer-centric technical collateral, case studies, and solution briefs.
- Support pre-sales activities through product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) support, and technical validation.
- Identify and communicate emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive intelligence to influence VVDN's product and business strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
. - 8+ years of experience in
data center infrastructure, HPC/AI server design, or high-speed networking domains
. - Strong technical understanding of:
- Server and system architectures (x86, GPU, DPU, FPGA platforms)
- High-speed interfaces (PCIe Gen5/Gen6, CXL, 100G/400G Ethernet, NVLink)
- NIC, DPU, or switch architecture design
- AI workload optimization, parallel processing, and performance benchmarking
- Familiarity with
AI/ML frameworks
such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX. - Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences including engineering, business, and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with
Open Compute Project (OCP)
or data center deployment architectures. - Exposure to
Linux kernel, networking stack
, and firmware development
environments. - Hands-on experience in
signal integrity
, system validation
, or performance tuning
. - Prior experience as a
Technical Evangelist, Solution Architect, or Field Application Engineer
.
