Technology Engineer

Role Overview: As a Technology Engineer - Controls System, your main responsibility will be to provide electrical and control support for OEE improvement projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of winding and coloring machines through PLC controls tuning and driving automation projects. Your expertise in PLC programming and controls will be essential in delivering winding capability improvements and driving process enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Ownership of winding and coloring control for Draw/PT machine and coloring machine - Tuning of PLC controls to optimize process operations - Leading automation projects to enhance efficiency - Developing expertise in PLC and controls for winding equipment - Driving process improvement initiatives, conducting failure analysis, and implementing CAPA for winding-related complaints - Managing winding and coloring-related documentation - Implementing PI system and ensuring availability of controls data - Collaborating as a Cross-Functional Team (CFT) member in internal OEE projects - Supporting operations, quality, and safety for winding and coloring equipment changes and establishing feedback mechanisms - Reducing scrap in new products - Working with IT to enable online access to process equipment data - Familiarity with change management system Qualification Required: - Proficiency in PLC programming and controls - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured thinking - Proficiency in MS Excel - Strong decision-making abilities - Understanding of controls and their impact on processes - Excellent presentation skills - Knowledge of SQL and MIS Additional Company Details: Location: Aurangabad, Waluj Experience & Education: - 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing/operation and process control in clean room technology - BE/B.Tech in Electrical from NIT/IIT college or institute,
