TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR

As a Technology Solutions team leader for Lob\vertical, your role is crucial in providing strategic direction for the development and delivery of solutions to meet the needs of clients or internal stakeholders. Your key responsibilities include: - Establishing and running the technology solutions organization to provide EN/NN growth to the designated accounts with a typical split of 70/30. - Strategizing skill development for Line of Business (LoB)/Technology Solutions by creating and planning technology expertise towers, identifying necessary skills, assessing current skills against these towers, identifying skill gaps, and executing an agreed-upon skill development plan. - Establishing thought or market leadership through the identification and implementation of technology/domain practices, while developing and executing strategic visions and roadmaps for solution development aligned with organizational objectives, market trends, and customer requirements. - Providing leadership and direction to solution development teams, including solution architects, engineers, analysts, and project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Setting up and running the Re-use practice across the LoB by defining and setting up the practice, evangelizing, implementing, and periodically assessing ROI.
