Must have skills : SAP Global Trade Services Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :Experienced SAP GTS Upgrade Functional Consultant to lead the upgrade of SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) 11.0 to SAP GTS E4H 2023. The consultant will work closely with business and IT teams to analyze, plan, execute, and test the upgrade while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) with at least one full lifecycle upgrade from SAP GTS 11.0 to E4H 2023 (or prior upgrade experience). Strong functional knowledge of SAP GTS modules, including: Compliance Management (Sanctioned Party List Screening, Embargo, Export Control) Customs Management (Import/Export Declaration, Transit, Broker Integration) Risk Management (Letter of Credit, Preference Management) Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration for GTS E4H. Strong understanding of SAP GTS system architecture, configurations, and business processes. Knowledge of migration tools, Fiori apps, and GTS technical enhancements. Ability to work with ABAP developers to troubleshoot and enhance custom developments. Experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) for upgrade and testing activities. Excellent stakeholder management and ability to communicate with business and IT teams Professional & Technical Skills: Lead the SAP GTS 11.0 to E4H 2023 upgrade, ensuring smooth transition and minimal business impact. Conduct fit-gap analysis between SAP GTS 11.0 and E4H 2023 functionalities. Work with business stakeholders to understand custom developments, configurations, and enhancements required post-upgrade. Collaborate with SAP Basis, Security, and Technical teams to support system readiness, migration, and post-upgrade validation. Ensure proper data migration and integrity throughout the upgrade process. Configure and optimize SAP GTS modules such as Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management as per business needs. Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) for the upgraded system. Provide post-upgrade hypercare support and issue resolution. Develop and deliver training and documentation for end-users and support teams. Work with SAP and other third-party vendors to resolve upgrade-related issues. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services. This position is based at our Chennai office.
