Technology & Automation Analyst

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making. By leveraging your expertise in data analysis, automation, and AI, you will integrate multiple platforms in a Microsoft-centric environment to create dashboards, reports, and KPIs that offer actionable insights across USPM. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a strong understanding of APIs, with a focus on Microsoft Graph APIs. - Design and implement automations using Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and third-party systems. - Ensure the upkeep, monitoring, and optimization of automations to maintain reliability. - Develop, deploy, and manage AI agents and chatbots to streamline workflows and improve user engagement. - Utilize AI tools to enhance user experience and minimize manual efforts. - Create and maintain visual dashboards and KPI scorecards to effectively communicate performance metrics. - Generate client-specific property reports (AD grading) and supplier spend dashboards. - Monitor and enhance existing automations, integrations, and AI agents. - Conduct before/after benchmarking to assess the impact of portfolio reviews. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint. - Total experience exceeding 6 years (preferred minimum of 8 years). - Hands-on experience with SQL and writing stored procedures. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present insights to non-technical audiences. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Working experience with C#.NET is mandatory, and knowledge of Python would be considered a bonus.,
