Technology & Automation Analyst

As a Technology & Automation Analyst (TAA) at our company, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and facilitate data-driven decision-making. By leveraging your expertise in data analysis, automation, and AI, you will integrate various platforms in a Microsoft-centric environment to create dashboards, reports, and KPIs that offer actionable insights across USPM. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a strong understanding of APIs, with a focus on Microsoft Graph APIs. - Design and implement automations using tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and third-party systems. - Take charge of maintaining and optimizing automations to ensure their reliability. - Develop, deploy, and manage AI agents and chatbots to streamline workflows and enhance user engagement. - Implement AI tools to improve user experience and reduce manual effort. - Create and maintain visual dashboards and KPI scorecards to effectively communicate performance metrics. - Generate client-specific property reports (AD grading) and supplier spend dashboards. - Continuously monitor and enhance existing automations, integrations, and AI agents. - Conduct before/after benchmarking to quantify the impact of portfolio reviews. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint. - Minimum of 6 years of total experience (preferred minimum of 8 years). - Hands-on experience with SQL and writing stored procedures. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present insights to non-technical audiences. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Working experience with C#.NET is mandatory, and familiarity with Python will be considered a bonus.,
