Job Opening: Technology Associate Trainee
Location: Pune
Department: Technology
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers can apply)
Education: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Aerospace
(Passionate non-degree holders in space tech may also apply)

Salary (Fresher / Trainee): ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Post-Confirmation (Based on QT Review): Up to ₹6 – ₹8.4 LPA

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of aerospace components and systems.
• Work on calculations and basic analysis related to thermodynamics and fluid dynamics.
• Support in preparing designs, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Participate in prototyping, testing, and performance improvement activities.
• Help in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting test data.
• Coordinate with senior engineers for ongoing projects and reporting.

Job Requirements

• Strong academic knowledge in Mechanical / Aeronautical / Aerospace Engineering.
• Basic understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and propulsion systems.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in CAD/software tools (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong interest in space technology and research.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
