Summary:Manufacturing Integrations Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing integrations between manufacturing systems, the key ones being interfaces between ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), WMS (Warehouse Management System) and OT systems etc. This role ensures manufacturing integrations across projects are designed to leverage the optimal technical approach and are robust, interoperable, standardized and reusable. The architect will work closely with business and IT stakeholders of clients and Accenture leads in aligning integration strategies to meet organizational project goals Roles & Responsibilities:a)Define and maintain the IT–OT integration architecture, aligning enterprise and shop-floor systems for digital manufacturing connectivity and interoperability.b)Develop and enforce integration standards, data models, and communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIs, EDI etc.).c)Recommend, design/ develop and configure solutions with integration platforms or middleware (e.g., Azure IoT Hub, Kepware, Ignition, MuleSoft etc.).d)Create and maintain technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and integration architecture maps.e)Lead design, development and deployment of interfaces enabling end-to-end system connectivity:digital engineering (PLM) to enterprise operations (ERP) to production/ shopfloor (MES/SCADA/ PLCs/ Historian/ sensors) and logistics (WMS).f)Ensure integrations meet cybersecurity, scalability, reliability, data accuracy and performance standards g)Troubleshoot data flow or communication issues between IT and OT layers.h)Partner IT and OT stakeholders and partners to identify integration opportunities and design optimal solutions.i)Establish data governance and interface management practices to ensure consistent and compliant information exchange.j)Provide training and knowledge sharing on IT–OT integration standards, tools, and best practices. Additional Information:a) The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.b) Location:Bengaluru, Punec) 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
