Expectations from an Individual contributor role

  • 10 Years of Technology / IT Services Sales Experience in the BFSI Industry
  • CIO + CMO relationship within Private Banks & NBFC
  • Ability to hold senior level client conversations
  • Conversant with Marketing technology & BFSI Trends

KPI To deliver

  • Hunt is a set- of assigned accounts across
  • Pipeline Generation - Generate new client leads
  • Manage a predictable pipeline, extremely methodical in opportunity qualification
  • Ability to think through client problems and work with the solution team to anchor wining proposals
  • Cross sell and upsell with a focus of Business Value creation
  • Prepare detailed account plans and define the field of play
  • CXO Relationship management
