Technofunctional Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and drive business and technical requirements gathering.
• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, project managers, and business teams to define technical requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation, including use cases, prototypes, and technical specifications.
• Analyze and interpret technology dashboards to support business decisions.
• Understand and work with APIs and integration points, including data mapping, requests, and responses of API contracts.
• Conceptualize and convert manual processes into digital solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise in banking domain processes and technology adoption.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 48 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technofunctional Analyst.
• Strong exposure to the Banking domain.
• Good understanding of technology, dashboards, and digital processes.
• Knowledge of APIs, data mapping, and system integration.
• Ability to conceptualize and translate manual processes into digital solutions.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
