As an Oracle HCM Cloud professional at bTranz Technological Solutions, you will play a crucial role in providing direction and detailed input for the long-term support and maintenance of HCM and related systems. Your responsibilities will include providing training to system users, leading system development life cycles for projects of all sizes, configuring systems based on business requirements, managing conference room pilots, analyzing and resolving client-reported issues, designing and executing tests and implementations, leading cross-functional projects, and monitoring project budgets. For the role of Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant, you will be involved in Oracle Cloud HCM Technical/Functional projects. Key qualifications and skills required for this position include a minimum of 3-4 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects, hands-on experience in writing Fastformula's and HCM Extracts, technical configuration and development expertise, implementing solutions at client sites, independently handling complex technical tasks, and collaborating with clients from both the public and private sectors globally.
