Role Overview: You will be responsible for bridging the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver client solutions. Your main tasks will include driving new business implementation projects, providing techno-functional support, customizing and integrating ERP systems, writing code, providing product support and maintenance, as well as automating processes for optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Bridge the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise - Drive end-to-end process for new business implementation projects - Check feasibility of new change requirements and provide optimal solutions with clear timelines - Provide techno-functional support for new business implementations - Support solutioning team in architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation - Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate existing products - Implement business processes, requirements, and ERP technology into solutions - Write code following developmental standards - Provide product support and maintenance, resolving technical problems - Create and deploy automation tools for process optimization - Provide solutions and advice based on technical and functional project requirements Qualifications Required: - More than 10 years of experience - Clear Wipro exams and internal certifications for skill upgradation - Attend trainings and seminars to enhance knowledge in functional/technical domains - Write papers, articles, and case studies for publication on the intranet Additional Details: The company is focused on digital transformation and encourages constant evolution and reinvention.
