Job Description – Fitter / Welder / Sheet Metal Worker

Education:
ITI – Fitter / Welder / Sheet Metal

Experience:
1 to 5 Years

• Good technical skills
• Ability to operate and adapt to technology
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Roles & Responsibilities

• Disassemble and assemble machine parts, including levelling, alignment, and shifting.
• Operate and maintain power tools such as Grinder, Cutter, Drill Machine, Chop Saw, and Hammering Machine.
• Perform machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Apply self-field knowledge to execute tasks independently.
• Take ownership and responsibility for assigned work.
• Manage and maintain tools properly.
• Maintain healthy professional relations with subordinates and seniors.
• Ensure timely completion of work with quality standards (zero complaints from customers).
• Follow all safety guidelines and ensure compliance at site.
• Maintain discipline at worksite (proper dress code, duty timings, communication, and professional appearance).
• Keep the site clean and organized, ensuring housekeeping related to own work area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,326.69 per month
