Job Description

Brand Kutchina is seeking an Technician who would be a partner in progress of the brand.

Responsibilities

Install, service and repair various household appliances, such as refrigerators, dishwashers and air conditioning units.
Respond to customer calls regarding issues or malfunctions.
Provide repair options, estimates and time frames to customers, taking into account any product warranties
Complete billing and invoicing paperwork.

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as an Appliance Service Technician or similar role
Sufficient experience in and knowledge of appliance repair and installation
Customer service and communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,934.14 - ₹13,000.00 per month
