Technician Trainer - Water purifier

Purpose of the role:
We are looking for people who are excellent at problem solving, are super ambitious and at the same time, enjoy the excitement and unpredictability of working in a startup environment. You will be primarily responsible for analysing and coordinating the supply chain of our business.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirementsProduce training schedules and classroom agendaDetermine course content according to objectivesPrepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individuallyArrange for and conduct on-site training when neededKeep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.Observe and evaluate results of training programsDetermine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.

Skills:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
