As a Test Technician Level 4 at Honeywell, you will be a vital part of the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting tests, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electronic and mechanical systems. Through your expertise in testing and diagnosing equipment, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Reporting directly to the Test Technician Supervisor, you will be based out of our Tempe, AZ location. Your contributions in this role will have a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes, guaranteeing that our products meet the highest standards of quality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you work towards identifying and resolving technical issues, thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of our testing procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct tests on electronic and mechanical systems to ensure functionality and performance. - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems. - Repair and calibrate equipment as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and improve testing procedures. - Document test results and maintain accurate records. - Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements: - Must have at least four (4) years of experience as a Test Technician in a manufacturing environment or relevant experience in engine diagnosis, repair, or overhaul. - Strong technical skills and knowledge of testing equipment and tools, including hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. Preferred Qualifications: - Associate's degree in a relevant field such as Electronics or Engineering Technology. - Experience in a manufacturing or production environment. - Familiarity with quality control processes and standards. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
