Technician Solar

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of rooftop & ground-mounted solar power systems.
• Carry out cable laying, terminations, and electrical connections for AC/DC systems.
• Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance for installed solar plants.
• Conduct troubleshooting of solar panels, inverters, and other BOS components.
• Support site engineers in executing end-to-end project activities.
• Ensure site safety standards and proper use of PPE during all operations.
• Record daily site activities and submit reports to project in-charge.

Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with solar installation, wiring, and maintenance.
• Basic understanding of single-line diagrams and inverter configuration.
• Familiar with tools and measuring instruments used in solar installation.
• Good communication & teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,978.17 - ₹23,704.06 per month
