Project Incharge Solar - Site

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all on-site activities for ground-mounted solar PV projects.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Oversee subcontractors for activities like piling, mounting structure erection, module installation, trenching, cabling, and earthing.
• Ensure all work complies with engineering drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor and control project timelines, costs, and resource usage.
• Maintain site documentation including DPRs, material consumption logs, labor reports, and quality/safety checklists.
• Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Liaise with local vendors, authorities, and client representatives as needed.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and enforce use of PPE and site discipline.
• Support testing, commissioning, and grid synchronization processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in managing ground-mounted solar project sites.
• Strong understanding of civil works, structural assembly, and electrical installation for solar farms.
• Proven experience in managing MW-scale solar project execution.
• Familiar with project management tools and safety regulations (IS/IEC codes, MNRE/Central/State norms).
• Ability to manage labor teams, resolve site-level challenges, and deliver under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,060.49 - ₹45,233.69 per month
