Role Overview: You will be responsible for various key areas in the operation theatre, ensuring the smooth functioning of surgical procedures and maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff. Key Responsibilities: - Receive the patient for surgery and verify their identification. - Check the patient files for proper documentation. - Prepare the patient for surgery. - Assist doctors during the surgery. - Check and update the emergency medicines, oxygen, and other drugs in the Operation Theatre. - Sterilize and maintain all the equipment in the Operation Theatre. - Ensure proper sterilization practices are followed in the Operation Theatre. - Adhere to infection control guidelines. - Give priority to emergency cases and coordinate with consultants or respective departments. - Maintain appropriate departmental documentation. - Handle all communication about patients, staff, and organizational business confidentially. - Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities. - Perform any assigned tasks as required. - Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives. Qualification Required: - Diploma in Operation Theatre/Anesthesia - Minimum 2 years of experience (Note: Dress code and duty hours will be as per scheduled requirements),
