Technician

Job Title: Technician – PVR INOX
Location: Divinity Mall
Department: Engineering / Maintenance

Job Overview:
As a Technician at PVR INOX, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and repair of cinema projection systems, electrical installations, HVAC, and other mechanical equipment. You will work closely with the Operations and Engineering teams to maintain the highest standards of safety, performance, and guest experience.

Qualifications:

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Mechanical Engineering
• 0–3 years of relevant experience (freshers may also apply)
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and projection systems
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain cinema projection and audio systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues related to HVAC, DG sets, escalators/lifts, lighting, and sound systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain daily logs of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards.

Skills Required:

• Technical troubleshooting skills in EEE/Mechanical domain
• Basic understanding of cinema projection and AV equipment (training will be provided)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
