Popular Mega Motors, a leading name in the automotive industry, is looking for Skilled Technicians (both experienced and freshers) for its Kasaragod workshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out vehicle diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and ensuring quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:For Experienced Technicians:

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Handle major repairs including engine, transmission, electrical, and air-conditioning systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance (oil changes, brake service, etc.).
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety and service standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of job cards and repair records.
• Mentor and guide junior technicians and apprentices.

For Freshers:

• Assist senior technicians in repair and maintenance activities.
• Learn vehicle diagnostics, service procedures, and use of tools and equipment.
• Follow workshop processes and safety norms.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the workshop.

Key Requirements:

• Education:
• ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
• Freshers must have completed technical education.
• Experience:
• Freshers: 0–1 year
• Experienced: 2+ years in an authorized automobile workshop preferred
• Skills:
• Good understanding of automotive systems and tools
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work as a team
• Attention to detail and work discipline

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates from Kasaragod or nearby regions preferred.
• Two-wheeler license mandatory; LMV license is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Tata Motors, Mahindra, or similar commercial/passenger vehicles is a plus.
