Technician - Manufacturing Engineering

As a Technician - Manufacturing Engineering at Flex in Coimbatore, India, you will play a crucial role in supporting our extraordinary teams to build great products and contribute to our growth. Your typical day will involve: - Having knowledge on Electronics components and PCBA - Supporting the Engineering team for Manufacturing process - Understanding Work instruction, process flow - Being knowledgeable in SMT process - Understanding Quality Management System - Knowing the Engineering Change Management process - Using creative and innovative thought on PCBA Document creations for NPI products - Liaising with Process and manufacturing team to come up with detailed manufacturing information when needed - Adhering to process and looking for possible process improvements - Having knowledge in PLM/ERP Tools The experience we are looking to add to our team includes: - Diploma / B.Sc. Electronics / Physics graduate with (0-2) years of experience as PCBA Process / Manufacturing / Assembly, Preferably in EMS Industry - Experience in technical document preparation - Knowledge in SMT process - Good English Communication skill - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Good analytical skills and logical thinking - Willingness to work in shifts In addition to a challenging and fulfilling role, you will receive benefits such as Health Insurance and Paid Time Off (PTO).
