Technician - Manufacturing Engineering

As a Technician - Manufacturing Engineering at Flex in Coimbatore, India, your role involves supporting the Engineering team in the manufacturing process. Your typical day will include tasks such as having knowledge of electronics components and PCBA, working on process flow and work instructions, understanding SMT processes, implementing quality management systems, managing engineering change processes, and contributing with creative ideas for PCBA document creation for NPI products. You will collaborate with the Process and Manufacturing teams to develop detailed manufacturing information and identify opportunities for process improvements. Additionally, you should be familiar with PLM/ERP tools to excel in this role. Qualifications required for this position include a Diploma or B.Sc. in Electronics or Physics with 0-2 years of experience in PCBA Process, Manufacturing, or Assembly, preferably in the EMS industry. You should have experience in technical document preparation, a good command of English communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong analytical skills, and logical thinking.
