Technician - Hardware Integration and Testing

Your role as a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Systems Technician will involve the following: - Assembling and maintaining HIL systems, including hardware integration and fault debugging. - Performing soldering activities for SMD and through-hole components on ECM, GCM, and test setups. - Designing and developing harnesses as per requirements for ECM and GCM. - Handling instruments confidently and automating processes using measurement tools. - Carrying out fixture wiring, test setup creation, and maintenance as per SOP during testing. - Creating test setups and control panels for validation environments. - Executing manual, integration, functional, and regression testing. Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication (E & TC) or equivalent. - 2 to 5 years of experience in electronics hardware assembly and maintenance. - Proficiency in soldering SMD and through-hole components. - Experience in harness design and development. - Ability to work with measurement instruments and automate processes. - Familiarity with fixture wiring and test setup creation. - Understanding of validation environments and control panel creation. - Hands-on experience in manual, integration, functional, and regression testing.
