Technician Electrician - Utility

As a Technician Electrician - Utility at RCP-Mumbai, your role involves the operation and maintenance of all electrical equipment within and surrounding IDC, including Sub Station & Utilities DRUPS & LT/HT DG sets, HVAC system, etc. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor, operate, and maintain electrical systems ranging from 11 KV, 6.6 KV & 0.433 KV. - Oversee emergency Diesel Generator sets ranging from 160 KVA to 3000 KVA. - Maintain Dynamic rotary UPS system (DRUPS), DG Battery Banks, Battery Chargers, and various control systems. - Handle HT & LT Panels, PCC Panels, MCC Panels, Power Distribution panels, control system of power panels, Power & Lighting distribution Boards. - Manage protective relays, protection Systems, Transformers, and HT / LT switch gears. - Monitor BMS System, HVAC System, Water Leak Detection System, VESDA System, Rodent Repellent System, FM 200 System, and Chemical Filters. - Oversee Lifts, EOT Cranes, and other utility equipment for day-to-day operations and maintenance. - Conduct preventive maintenance of Electrical Panels and other equipment. - Record Temperature, Humidity readings, power panel, DG set, UPS readings, and daily log sheets. - Conduct DG load trials, check battery banks healthiness, and update rack wise reading sheets of power consumption. - Attend sudden breakdowns, co-ordinate with technicians/engineers in case of power failures, and prepare shift information report. - Prepare work permits for different activities and maintenance work. **Qualifications Required:** - Holder of PWD license. - ITI or NCTVT or Equivalent Passed. - 4 to 5 years of experience in the field of Operations & Maintenance Facility Management. This role requires a skilled individual with expertise in Electrical Systems Installation, Troubleshooting, Blueprint Reading, Safety Procedures, Equipment Maintenance, Power Distribution, Testing and Inspection, and Code Compliance.,
