the Job Responsibilities: Attending Client's calls and addressing all their software queries promptly. Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support. Conducting Online Demo & Training for New & Existing Clients Installing and configuring Biometric Access Control software thorugh remote desktop applications. Collate feedback from Customers & share it with the Software Development team. Identifying hardware and software solutions & troubleshooting technical issues. Conducting research on potential Client's database as per the requirement Skills and Qualifications: Good communication skills Good command of written and spoken English Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word/ Excel, Internet & Social Media) Minimum Graduate Female Candidates Only Job Location: Jogeshwari - West Job Timings: 10 am - 7 pm Working Days: Monday - Saturday Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Shift: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required) Experience: Customer support: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required)
